By the time the counter hit the 20000th visit, I decided to leave Msn prefabricated world and become a Big Girl on my  own. I don’t want to make parallels with real life (again : this is NOT about me) but all this is pretty awkward right now …. But I keep going on with this decision and if I want to make blogging a very serious hobby I will have to upgrade things, Msn isn’t really the best place actually!

I got great advices and the wisest thing to do is to get some education about this virtual world. html?php?domain name?sub-domain?(why?)webhosting?wordpress?free web-hosting?database?template? … It’s going to take more time and energy than I thought, the most difficult is to translate this geek language in sentences. I’m really not bothered with the fact that it has its own vocabulary and grammar (seriously we’ve got our own in architecture so why not?). It’s like learning to speak japanese or something martian so it’s demanding intellectually (and I mean it!). Freedom has its price.

I’ve been blogging for more than a year now. The best of it, i must admit, was meeting some friends (i mean a lot!). Of course, I had my “fed up” days but this blogging thing is, by far, the most sustained activity I’ve ever done. It’s a personal success if I start to make comparisons with the previous attempts to get a full-time hobby. Even with the best intentions in the world, I fell badly, I got simply bored or most of the time … I just don’t know !

But let me check… I never wrote a word about the time I decided to be the best tennis player of all time ? Ok dad….I must say the 300$ racket is really useful to … kill some very daredevil mice ! Nothing really heroic also about the time I wanted to open my own fashion brand and left my room full of pearls and fabrics just because I had a new boyfriend. So the blog isn’t really about me and my reliability … that’s the fun of it !

Nous sommes déjà le 2 Juillet et je n’ai toujours pas bougé. A vrai dire… Les décisions sont prises, ça m’a pris un petit 72h à temps plein pour analyser tout ce stock d’informations. Mais je suis arrivée à me faire une idée de ce que je voulais vraiment. Le degré d’autonomie que je désire atteindre demande une bonne maîtrise des outils et c’est là que j’ai calé ! Finalement tout va bien, on est toujours pas devenu un génie du web mais on y travaille (par pour devenir un génie, enfin voyons!!)

Etape -3 : Relire les conseils et les déchiffrer.

Etape -2 : Enquêter sur le net. Sur quoi exactement? bah euh…sur tout! Les blogs,  avis,  limites et capacités…blabla..

Etape -1 : Expérimenter et expérimenter.

Etape 0 : sortir un peu voir le jour (enfin la nuit plutôt dans mon cas).

Etape 1 : Choisir !!!! C’est décidé je suis partante pour le logiciel libre de WORDPRESS parce que … enfin bon parce que c’est comme ça (je ne veux pas rentrer dans la technique car je n’y suis pas encore!!)

Etape 2 : S’installer. . .
